The importance of Art

The early childhood years are very important for children to express themselves and gain an interest in the arts. Children need space, time, support, and opportunities to explore different media in a range of setting that enhance their creativity. We like to demonstrate techniques, then let the child express their creative ideas independently. Art time begins as early as 8 weeks old, with introducing different material, and describing it. The child will direct how much or little they want the activity to last.
